We received an urgent call from one of our valued customers one evening in need of an emergency fitting for a new conveyor belt. The catch? The location was not only confined but also particularly tricky. Despite the challenges, our fitting team immediately sprang into action, showcasing their commitment to ensuring our customers receive a total and complete service.

Based out of Bedlington, all four members of our fitting team volunteered to work extra hours beyond their normal shifts to address this critical situation. Remarkably, they did this without considering our usual call-out rota. Each team member was determined to support their colleagues and guarantee the safe and efficient completion of the task.

Overcoming Challenges:

The conveyor belt installation was no small feat. Not only was the belt long and wide, but access to the location was also limited. Undeterred, our fitting team collectively devised a safe plan of work and operated seamlessly as a team.
