Meet The Team

Chiorino UK is proud to have a dynamic and innovative team that is always striving for the best work possible.

We recently sat down with the Internal Sales Team to introduce them to you all and get a better understanding of their roles and how they function in the larger Chiorino team.

  1. What are your main day-to-day duties at Chiorino?

Jess Hall (Internal Sales Supervisor)

  • ‘During a normal day in the sales office, my duties would consist of inputting quotes and orders into our system whilst maintaining the sales emails and answering calls.

Other aspects of being in the office, aside from entering jobs on the system, would be to maintain a good working relationship with our existing customers but also create new connections with potential clients.

Helping internal/external staff also comes with the role, sometimes this could be finding details on past orders or offering guidance.’

Bethany Giering (Internal Sales)

  • ‘My main day-to-day duties include processing quotes and orders for new or existing customers and helping with any queries they or our external representatives may have via email, telephone, and sometimes face-to-face.

Recently I have also been given the opportunity to receive training in the works on different stations which I find exciting. I’m also a newly qualified First Aider which is now implemented in my job role.’

2. What is the best thing about your job?

Shaun Stokes (Internal Sales Manager)

Working with such a great team of people. I can honestly say that this is the best Internal Sales team the company has had for many years. As the industry grows and evolves to accommodate for new processes, systems, and demands, it’s great to see our team rising to new challenges with absolute confidence. ‘

Ryan Henderson (Internal Sales)

‘The people who work here, and chances to learn more and develop myself. I studied Chemistry at Degree level, so I have found it fulfilling to be able to utilise this to better understand and promote our new Antimicrobial and Coated fabric ranges.’

3. What’s Chiorino like to work for?

Stuart Ferguson (Internal Sales)

‘It’s the best job I have ever had! I worked for the company for 12 years before being made redundant at the start of Covid.

I was asked to return in April and jumped at the chance. Our Team is approachable, and we all realise we all have a key part to play in Chiorino’s ongoing success.’

Shaun Stokes (Internal Sales Manager)

‘I started in Internal Sales back in November 2010 and I’ve never kept my ambitions and interests to myself. I’m lucky to work for a company who not only listen but encourage your development. I’m very thankful to the people who have steered me to where I am today.’

4. What has Chiorino got coming up that you’re looking forward to?

Jess Hall (Internal Sales Supervisor)

‘We have recently brought out a new range of antimicrobial belting, so I am looking forward to watching new success stories form around this new product. It will also be nice to see if our customers find that this range further helps them with aspects of their requirements.’

Stuart Ferguson (Internal Sales)

‘Chiorino is constantly innovative, and it seems there is always something new happening which means we can assist clients’ needs with more specific products.’

5. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Ryan Henderson (Internal Sales)

‘I enjoy video games, cooking and live music.’

Bethany Giering (Internal Sales)

‘I am part of a local theatre group so rehearsals can take up a lot of my spare time when we are preparing for one of our shows. Otherwise, I am a very creative person, so any other time I have free you can usually find me making or painting something.’
